I was struggling with Bronchitis and because of my lung diseases I needed to know if other medication was necessary. The office staff at first offered little help. They said an appointment 2 days later was available. I was put on hold several times. The second time I called I asked for a note to go to the Dr. They sent it to a nurse. I finally spoke to the Dr and did need 2 more medications. Dr Patel is great. The office staff needs more compassion.

Every time I go to see Dr. Mehta I am never rushed and he listens to what I have to say. Never have I walked out with out feeling confused on the next step in my care. Staff is also very friendly.

As a first time patient of Dr. Patel, I was extremely impressed by the care I received. From the moment I walked into the office, I was attended to in a very professional and compassionate manner. Dr.Patel explained my condition very clearly and easily understandable. Was very patient in answering all my questions and concerns. I would highly recommend him for anyone with sleep issues .

Great experience! Due to my error I came in one day earlier than I was supposed to. The staff, especially the nice woman who checked me in was very understanding and took me immediately. Dr. Patel as usual was very nice very friendly and explained things until I understood them. I would highly recommend this practice,
